Probably one of the most romantic song I have ever heard (and my firm favourite too), and rather sad as well since it sounds like unrequited love. And that was before I read the translated lyrics. The lyrics is beautiful, and better yet, translated beautifully with such poetic prose by those who did the translation. And I can see loads of youtube videos singing this song, which proves its popularity. Translated lyrics taken from Mognet.net where the Romaji and Kanji versions were taken from there as well. You will find the song in his album, 5 Nen Mono.

UPDATE - 11/12/2009
After Read More I added the youtube video version with the English subtitles that is taken from Megchan so it differs slightly from the one posted below. It is just a matter of choices of words but the message it conveys is the same. I wonder is this the PV? It is the PV! Seems rather too simple. Again what a beautifully sung and heart wrenchingly romantic love song. If he sings this to me I am afraid I will just melt.
