Welcome to All About Fukuyama Masaharu, part lyrics blog, part fan site, 100% about Masha. It started out as a blog around April 2009 to repost all English lyrics, but after a while I got a bit ambitious and posting many other things I can gather from the net, some pictures, some articles, mostly news in English from the perspective of a fan although you can find some translated articles in here. I do not pretend to say I take credit for the text in here; frankly I just search, gather, summarise, reword and repost. I will always include the name of the fan who said whatever I posted to the best of my ability but as you can see, my sources are mostly from 2 main fan forums of Masha that is not in Japan. My problem is I can't read Japanese or Chinese, but my persistence sometimes does pay off when I just keep looking. You will also find some pictures in here, but all of the pictures you don't see in here are in Facebook, just look for All Abt Masha. I am quite active in that Facebook page, and it is also a place to find information! My main purpose for this blog is for myself; to gather all lyrics in English under one roof. But I am very sure foreign fans can also benefit from the contents in this blog, and without the many wonderful foreign Masha fans who translate, discuss and share whether privately or publicly, this blog will never be what it is today. I am still hoping to find more English lyrics somewhere, although from the looks of it, I will say things have slowed down a bit. Anyway, have a look. 船中八策/fune chuu hachi saku/The 8 Point Plan (Tentative)
Ryoma goes to Kyoto with Goto to convince Yodo of the importance of the restoration of Imperial rule and writes a political guideline for the new government. At a meeting held among powerful feudal lords in Kyoto, Yodo becomes angry at the attitude of Tokugawa Yoshinobu, the 15th shogun of the Tokugawa shogunate, and returns to Tosa. Meanwhile Ryoma bumps into Shinsengumi on his way to Kaientai's branch, but is saved by Nakaoka. Ryoma and Nakaoka arrange a meeting between Goto and Saigo, and succeed in uniting the Tosa and Satsuma clans to work together for the restoration of Imperial rule.
PLOT SUMMARY

He is telling Oryo not to worry. Yodo made a hissing sound because of toothache. Ryoma writes a letter to oryo. [SPOILERS]episode 45 is the final time they are together before the assassination. [SPOILERS] the 8point plan. So he showed Goto on the ship. Goto's agreed. Glover is teaching Yataro on... company share. They just missed Yodo san because he has gone back to Tosa. Ryoma goes undercover... Meets Kondo.. Disguise to fool shinsengumi. Didn't work. Kondo san and Ryoma. Fight. Nakaoka to the rescue. Ryoma wins. Goto's becoming a very helpful ally. Half naked Ryoma and wrestling scene. Tosa and Satsuma han meeting. It seems tense. It seems Glover has made his decision to remain in Japan. Yataro's endless negotiation with glover and the foreigner.. Ryoma's explaining where he got the ideas for the 8-point plan. his 8-point plan is the Dream of Everyone. And it's back to his original dream: There's no joshi and kashi (class divide). And his mother's advice. He did mention about Takechi's dream too. And yes the Shinsengumi is up to look for him. Yataro suddenly becomes a real businessman. Yataro countdowns to Ryoma's assassination.
Next week: Ryoma saves Omoto. the British are launching an attack on Tosa.
The 8 Point Plan
1. Political power of the entire country should be restored to the Imperial Court, and all decrees should come from the Court.
2. Two legislative bodies, an Upper and Lower house, should be established, and all government measures should be decided on the basis of general opinion.
3. Men of ability among the lords, nobles and people at large should be employed as councillors, and traditional offices of the past which have lost their purpose should be abolished.
4. Foreign affairs should be carried on according to appropriate regulations worked out on the basis of general opinion.
5. The legislation and regulations of earlier times should be set aside and a new and adequate code should be selected.
6. The navy should be enlarged.
7. An Imperial Guard should be set up to defend the capital.
8. The value of goods and silver should be brought into line with that of foreign countries.
