I'm a bit confused over the title of this series. English title is Perfect Love whilst Japanese title is (not so) パーフェクトラブ！ which translates as (not so) Perfect Love! so hence my confusion. This is a very old series, circa 1999, so that was 12 years ago! I am sure some of you may have the old VCD version but may be blurry and the subtitles amazingly bad. No worries because Japan is re-releasing this series in DVD format and I assume higher grade and guess the price? ￥ 12,641, after discount [source] which is about RM430-00 for a 12 episode series and without English (or Chinese or Malay) subtitles! Since the VCD has probably sold out years ago, this is the only option. There is not full fansub as of yet. I can however tell you where to find the RAW version and I know one group is working on the English subtitles over a period of several years now, but frankly I am not sure if it synchs with the copy I found so I am not confident in posting the referral links.

Synopsis
Kusunoki Taketo (Masha) is a single 30-year old dentist. A playboy, he will hit on all his female patients. Chigusa is a 24-year old typical OL, her only objective in life is to snare a wealthy and good-looking man for a husband. However, Chigusa's reputation precedes her, and is looked down upon by other OL, for being so obvious and tenacious in her search for a man. On one of her date with a eligible man from the company next door, she wins a holiday for two to Bali. It is here in Bali that she has a one night stand with Taketo.

After their one night together, while sightseeing in Bali, Taketo is reunited with his first love, Aya. She is a famous model, and is in Bali, holidaying with her latest boyfriend. Taketo had loved Aya deeply, but she was more interested in pursuing her dream of becoming a model. She had left him for another man, who had promised to launch her modelling career.

Upon their return to Tokyo, everyone goes their separate way. However, Chigusa is one day reunited with Taketo, when she goes to his clinic to fix her terrible toothache. After much trial and tribulations, they become a couple, with Chigusa moving in with Taketo. Unfortunately, Chigusa doesn't feel very secure with Taketo, due to his playboy ways and his past with all the other women. On top of that, Aya is trying to get back with Taketo, and causes much mischief in Chigusa's shaky relationship with Taketo. And then there's Taketo's father, Kotaro, who disliked Aya and thinks Chigusa is just more of the same.

Will Chigusa be able to win Kotaro's approval? And find the trust that is so lacking in her relationship with Taketo?

You won't find the VCD version with the Chinese/Malay subtitles anymore. You can buy the remastered Japanese DVD boxed version here but be forewarned; Japanese DVDs are region 2 DVDs and so won't play in Malaysia bought DVD player and the entire series is RAW.

Where indeed? I am in a dilemma because the uploader clearly wrote that no linking allowed. And talking about where to find it is considered linking so one wonders how on earth anyone actually finds anything ion that place? So how indeed? But before I write on how, I want to say that the quality of the rips are ok. It is not DVD rips sort of quality but way better than any VCD version or those normal TV rip. So all in all, it is watcheable even if they're all RAW files. Ok, where to download? I won't place the link to the site because you will need to register and then join the community then find the specific series, etc. Not that it was easy to find. So make life easy for everyone, I have put all information on where to find this series in a text file. No worries, the text file is not a virus and it is safe for download.
