Welcome to All About Fukuyama Masaharu, part lyrics blog, part fan site, 100% about Masha. It started out as a blog around April 2009 to repost all English lyrics, but after a while I got a bit ambitious and posting many other things I can gather from the net, some pictures, some articles, mostly news in English from the perspective of a fan although you can find some translated articles in here. I do not pretend to say I take credit for the text in here; frankly I just search, gather, summarise, reword and repost. I will always include the name of the fan who said whatever I posted to the best of my ability but as you can see, my sources are mostly from 2 main fan forums of Masha that is not in Japan. My problem is I can't read Japanese or Chinese, but my persistence sometimes does pay off when I just keep looking. You will also find some pictures in here, but all of the pictures you don't see in here are in Facebook, just look for All Abt Masha. I am quite active in that Facebook page, and it is also a place to find information! My main purpose for this blog is for myself; to gather all lyrics in English under one roof. But I am very sure foreign fans can also benefit from the contents in this blog, and without the many wonderful foreign Masha fans who translate, discuss and share whether privately or publicly, this blog will never be what it is today. I am still hoping to find more English lyrics somewhere, although from the looks of it, I will say things have slowed down a bit. Anyway, have a look. I am first to confess I don't really like ALL of his songs but there are some I absolutely hate and will skip that particular song. Funny isn't it? How can a fan hate something her idol produces but it is true. I can't just blindly love everything he does, I have standards and I have expectation of those standards and they're pretty high. You might dispute my choices but I have my reasons. And so I present to you my Top Three Songs that I am not loving at all. And when I mean not loving it, I mean I will absolutely skip those songs on the very first note itself. I may not write them as such when I first posted the songs in here but frankly between the posting and this posting itself, some time has passed and after several listens to these songs, I realise I love the man more than I love the songs and hence my sentiments towards the songs. Mind you, it's only 3 compared to the many many songs he has written, all I love with varying degrees of affection. I find it very hard to choose my Top 3 favourite songs of his but this list was pretty easy since it is very very short. Anyway this is my own personal rating/ranking so to speak.

Hatsukoi. In retrospect I liked the idea of Hatsukoi than the song itself. It was the first song of Masha that I blogged about from pre release to release to everything else, so it is a song I am affectionate about purely because I followed it from the start. But in truth and being brutally honest, I really disliked this song and at this moment I sort of hate it. Maybe hate is a strong word for this one. I don't hate it but dislike it. It is melancholic, again about the darn first love except the adult first love and not the puppy love first love. However this song has its flexibility; I sort of know the words and I like to sing it in variety of ways. It can be sung in the drunk version, happy version, depressed version, crazy version, laughing version, smug version, etc. My favourite is the drunk version. Just imagine a glass of brandy in your hands as you swing it about, your head resting on your other palm so to speak, looking might drunk and sad and depressed all at the same time, you then sing ..."Kono (sobbing cry) o-mo-i ga kimi wo (sobbing cry)...". In fact the song should just get cut off at "Kono.." CUTTTTTTTTTTTTT.

18. I wanted to put Baby Baby because of the horrendous singing until I remember this song from his Zankyo album. Why I hate it so is because I got sick over his obsession over his first love. Even when watching concert clips, I just skip this song.

Koibito. In restrospect I was too kind in my opinion of this song. Right now this is my most hated song of Masha. After repeated listening I find it is stuck at one level, that dastardly level of koi-i-biii-to-wo... to-wo... and I just hate it. And it does put me to sleep. I just find this song utterly boring. It didn't help that I kept thinking of the Ekin Cheng version which in any language is just as boring.
Come on! What's your Top 3? You can't love ALL of his songs!
