The title Izakaya ("居酒屋") which I check is a reference to a type of Japanese drinking establishment or quite simply using google translation, The Pub, sung by
enka singers,
Nana Kinomi and
Hiroshi Itsuki. Here Masha did a duet with a singer named
Aiko at her show,
All Night Nippon's sing! aiko back then in year 2000. Very blue-sy, I sorta wish Masha will explore more of this genre as his voice is perfect for it. By the way after reading the lyrics, sounds like Masha kind of song!

ORIGINAL VERSION
I believe it has a Big Band feel to it as opposed to Blue-sy feel. Not sure what's the year but looks like in the 70s.
THE LYRICS
KANJI

ENGLISH
If there’s something you don’t hate
Have a drink
Yeah, I’ll come right out
And have a double bourbon
I’m not gauche enough to ask your name
Let alone anything about you
Yeah, we just happen to be sitting
Together at a pub
In a shabby pub
With no pictures, no flowers, no songs or flowery words
If you’re thinking of going outside, I think it’s raining
I heard the pitter-patter of drizzle before
It’s OK, I’ll stay in here until it stops
I’ll sit here and chug down drinks on my own
In that case, should I stay with you until the morning?
I’ve met some bad girls
You don’t need to worry about that
You just go on home
In a shabby pub
With no pictures, no flowers, no songs or flowery words
