Welcome to All About Fukuyama Masaharu, part lyrics blog, part fan site, 100% about Masha. It started out as a blog around April 2009 to repost all English lyrics, but after a while I got a bit ambitious and posting many other things I can gather from the net, some pictures, some articles, mostly news in English from the perspective of a fan although you can find some translated articles in here. I do not pretend to say I take credit for the text in here; frankly I just search, gather, summarise, reword and repost. I will always include the name of the fan who said whatever I posted to the best of my ability but as you can see, my sources are mostly from 2 main fan forums of Masha that is not in Japan. My problem is I can't read Japanese or Chinese, but my persistence sometimes does pay off when I just keep looking. You will also find some pictures in here, but all of the pictures you don't see in here are in Facebook, just look for All Abt Masha. I am quite active in that Facebook page, and it is also a place to find information! My main purpose for this blog is for myself; to gather all lyrics in English under one roof. But I am very sure foreign fans can also benefit from the contents in this blog, and without the many wonderful foreign Masha fans who translate, discuss and share whether privately or publicly, this blog will never be what it is today. I am still hoping to find more English lyrics somewhere, although from the looks of it, I will say things have slowed down a bit. Anyway, have a look. I have mentioned before about creating a picture gallery and I have done so using Facebook. I have never liked Facebook and am glad to have found a very useful purpose for it. I am still wondering how to make the gallery open for all, so for now you will definitely need to register an account with Facebook (which is free, I am sure you know that since Facebook even got its own movie!) and then request to be my "friend" and when added you can view all the contents. I do check that page every day since I am slowly uploading the pictures.
As for the pictures, I have created some specials in this blog. Those will remain but any future updates I will add to that Facebook page itself. I will be adding whatever I can find into that page, like a picture dump site except I hope it is more well organised. The sources of these images are plenty; from fan sites, discussion forums, here and there and everywhere and even from Facebook pages. Those with uploader's name stamped on it I will not be uploading in full and will add a link to where you can find the full image. I will also add some info to some pictures with interesting background but most are uncommented since I have no idea when they were taken. A bulk of smaller images are from BROS member site and some are screencaps from youtube videos featuring pictures from the mobile site.
I am however a bit apprehensive in uploading everything I have found since I do realise some uploaders are protective of what they have. I am doing this by no means to usurp any credit for the scanning, posting, purchasing (yes I am cheap) etc of such images so for those that are absolutely I feel forbidden from being posted, I will bend the rules a bit since these are just images and post a really really scaled down version of it with pointers on how to get the full sized scans under each image. But I am concentrating on those I can actually post first.
If you wish to take the pictures from the Facebook page, I can't stop you since I took it from elsewhere and frankly I do believe in share and share alike. However I would appreciate if you would put an acknowledgement on the person who uploaded it for those with full sized scans (refer to the info below each picture there) and if unavailable, just point back to this blog specifically at http://all-about-masha.blogspot.com/ AND not directly to the facebook page.
If you have pictures to share, right now again I can't seem to find where I can set uploading pictures to general public, so a link is sufficient. Better though if you send me the stuff at funnlim(AT)gmail(DOT)com. Anything at all, magazine scans, information, newspaper scans, etc.
I realise many pictures I did not add a source link since frankly I really can't remember. So as always if you're the original uploader of any particular image in Facebook page and you feel I have not credited you properly, do tell me and I will do so. If you feel you do not wish to share the picture, at all, please do not close down your forum or site or facebook page or you know, ban me. I still like to collect for my own personal viewing. I will simply remove the relevant images. Just tell me which ones.
