Welcome to All About Fukuyama Masaharu, part lyrics blog, part fan site, 100% about Masha. It started out as a blog around April 2009 to repost all English lyrics, but after a while I got a bit ambitious and posting many other things I can gather from the net, some pictures, some articles, mostly news in English from the perspective of a fan although you can find some translated articles in here. I do not pretend to say I take credit for the text in here; frankly I just search, gather, summarise, reword and repost. I will always include the name of the fan who said whatever I posted to the best of my ability but as you can see, my sources are mostly from 2 main fan forums of Masha that is not in Japan. My problem is I can't read Japanese or Chinese, but my persistence sometimes does pay off when I just keep looking. You will also find some pictures in here, but all of the pictures you don't see in here are in Facebook, just look for All Abt Masha. I am quite active in that Facebook page, and it is also a place to find information! My main purpose for this blog is for myself; to gather all lyrics in English under one roof. But I am very sure foreign fans can also benefit from the contents in this blog, and without the many wonderful foreign Masha fans who translate, discuss and share whether privately or publicly, this blog will never be what it is today. I am still hoping to find more English lyrics somewhere, although from the looks of it, I will say things have slowed down a bit. Anyway, have a look. The above is the original MV as I have replaced the radio broadcast with the above. The original title is 心color ～a song for the wonderful year～ but because I really like the 心color combination, I decided just add the romaji for 心 which is same as Chinese word meaning Heart into the title. The title basically and literally is Heart Color ～a song for the wonderful year～ or I suspect is Color of the Heart perhaps? Anyway originally when announced it was 心color only, but sometime after THE BEST BANG!! album details was announced. about a week or so later we are told the full title is 心color ～a song for the wonderful year～ which by Masha's standard is the normal length for titles to his songs. His concert titles is twice that length. First broadcast in full in ANN on 23.10.2010. This song was a CM song for Toshiba Regza, something I totally overlooked!. But I am sure not for long! The original title was 心color but sometime after THE BEST BANG!!'s details was announced, like probably a week or so later it was announced the full title is 心color ～a song for the wonderful year～. Believe me, that is like the standard length for titles to Masha's song. Frankly at first listening, it sounds like a mash up of 18 (which I dislike), Sou ~New love new world~ (which I am neutral) and Tabibito (which I like) but less annoying than 18, more memorable than the bland Sou and not as intense as Tabibito. I like it but I am not loving it as opposed to the other new song, Ishikure no Puraido (the Dunlop CM song). I however do like the falsetto which I thought he did very very well in here compared to recent releases. Anyway the above embedded player contains the radio version hence the quality. No translation as yet although some says the lyrics is breezy one. Frankly I long for Beautiful Day sort of song or even Heart. Or even Keshin for that matter. Masha must find his inner cheeriness or gritty rock back! You will find this song in the mega compilation album, THE BEST BANG!!
P/S: Having read the English translation, the lyrics sound like a love letter by Masha to his fans. Very touching and honest lyrics!
