Translated title
Together In Kyo
Note : Of the title, Izumisano of Masha Heart, the one translating the text says that it literally means "The Two People's Kyo" or "The Couple's Kyo" whilst my online research says that it literally means "Two Capital" which I assume Kyo is Kyoto as there is where Kao is when Ryoma goes to find her. In context to me it sounds like "The Two In Kyoto" referring to perhaps Kao and Ryoma or Kao and Izo perhaps? So in context Together In Kyoto sounds apt, as I could understand it being someone who doesn't know Japanese. However it could be The Two In The Capital Kyoto or The Two In Kyoto but for generalisation sake, I shall follow Izumi's translated title.
